This is the worst band I have EVER heard. And whoever decided that the fusion of these two styles of music is a "good idea" should be shot.

alright.....this is an add on. This band is possibly more shitty..I haven't decided.

...it's just sooo...sooo shitty.

So I kind of dropped off the face of the planet but I'm back again. Just getting over this cold. Tis' the season to get a cold...sha la la la la..la la..la...la.

I forgot how nice it is to have your own appartment. No room mates..sooo much privacy. I truly feel spoiled. Not spoiled like...say beef...but spoiled like I'm not used to this kind of spoiled. I have learned some things though about living beside people. When I want to listen to music loudly I usually just plug in the whole head set and it doesn't bother anyone. Everyone wins.

...Unforntunately my current neighbours don't realize that..so speratically I hear what I call the "hip hop lounge"...all I hear is gangster beats and club music...basically tasteless garbage at all hours. It could be worse though..it would be nickleback. I won't get deeply into it..all I'll say is that there is no band a loathe more. I mean I'd rather listen to an album with Scott Stapp, Rita McNeal, Elton John, and William Hung in a Doo Wop group singing christmas carols in Russian.

Christmas was kind of dull. I couldn't afford to go home for Christmas this year unfortunately however I did join my land lady and land lord...and the king...and dutchess in the shire for Christmas. It wasn't too bad. Met a bunch of people I didn't know at all. It was a bit awkward at first. Kind of felt like a charity case(I'm not gunna lie). Sort of like little Timmy from a christmas carole(except the was no Mr. Scrooge). I had an interesting assortment of Christmas meats...such as turkey, ham, and meat balls. And nothing really says Christmas like versitile meat selection.

Oh I got my grades back from my first semester of college and apparently I'm a freakin genious. Oh I could tell you my grades..or I could just copy and paste like THIS

...I realized copy and pasting it didn't look so good so I'll just type it out. I've got a B+, 3 A's, an A+, and a AH(which means honors..which is apparently higher than an A+). I've got an average of 89.5% and a GPA of 3.89. This is by far the greatest I have ever done acedemically. I worked really hard for it though. It definately just didn't fall into my lap like a kitten.

So that's pretty much what is new in my life. I'm really trying to get back into the music thing..I'm just having a bit of trouble getting inspired. I think I just need some better gear and people who appreciate music. I'm saving up for a plug-in accoustic and a good amp that has two jacks in it(one for guitar and one for a mic). Not having the internet played a big part in it too cause I always would practice guitar by looking up tab sites and finding inspiration that way. This is going to help me musically that's for sure.

Well pretty much over..

..I have a drawing test coming up. It's my master drawing. What this has to do with television broadcasting I don't know. But HEY..I'm sitting at a 93% for drawing a rhino in a suit..then making him out of clay..then drawing a story board...or should I say story bored?

Anywho I'm really tired and I have 3 hours to kill before my master drawing so I figured I'd update.

Christmas...well unfortunately this christmas I'll be spending it up here. Being on this program doesn't allow for a lot of financial freedom. But hey it's a free education. So I can't complain about that...I guess nothing is free in the end. I suppose this year I am sacrificing christmas with the family for it.

I'm going to try and make it home for after new years. I don't go back to school till the 11th of January. So we'll see what I can conjure up. If not I'll just have to visit the family in the summer.

So far I'm doing really well in my classes. I found out two of my final grades which are a 78% in field production(outside camera work) and 82% in technical studies for T.V.(the science behind television). I'm thinking that I'm going to have an average between 82-85% for the whole semester which is fine by me. That would put me at a 4.0 grade point average.

I never thought I could do this well academically. That much I am really happy about.

Things I miss. Old friends, family, not being in debt, making commission on my sales, squirrels, a vehicle, being in better shape. I honestly can't complain about much but those are the things I miss.
